The product/products ordered will be delivered within a time frame of 5-9 days. There might be delay because of the current pandemic situations. In any case the buyer is always free to contact us via our social media platforms. A standard shipping of Rs. 99 will be charged on the order.
RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY
Return is available only in case of damaged or wrong products.
If an eligible item is out of stock from the same seller, it cannot be replaced. Items within return window of 5 days and in stock (exact same item) are eligible for free replacement. The replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned. Manufacturer contact information can usually be found on the item packaging or in the paperwork included with the item. The buyer can send the product on its own or seller can get it picked up. Pickup shipping of Rs. 99 has to be borne by the buyer. Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply: Item received is physically damaged; Item received has missing parts or accessories; Item received is different from their description; Item received is defective/does not work properly.
* Estimated time of delivery can take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 15days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 30 days of the order date.

If you give us any order we book that order within 2 to 3 days to courier but when that packet leaves our place we share you tracking details and that packet will not reach you Many times this may also take time so please be patient

Refund Policy
Refund only in case of damaged product/wrong product. It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession; the product is not different from what was shipped to you; the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and accessories) For the products that are returned by the customer, the refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to the bank account within 3 -7 business days.
